Introducing Lauren Philips, Lauren is a graduate from Buckinghamshire University, where she studied for her Batchelor of Science in Sports Therapy.

She is trained in sports massage, exercise rehabilitation, as well as ultrasound to name just a few things within her skill set.

Lauren is quite an active person and has completed her gold Duke of Edinburgh Award, she is a qualified athletics coaching assistant and is hoping to complete a 100km walk in the near future.
